Who is Nicole?
Nicole is a Neuroscientist (BSc, MSc) who specializes in neuroplasticity and habits. She aims to make neuroscience accessible to the broader public, allowing them to engage with the science in ways that are beneficial to their daily lives. She is also the author of REWIRE, a book all about changing your life using principles of neuroplasticity.
