Brain berries... black currants, black berries, cranberries, 🍒 are excellent food for the brain. Walnuts are brain shaped, so they are obviously telling us something they are good for. Yes indeed! B12 vitamins. sardines low in the food chain so low on mercury. just a few... Do not forget to exercise, it's not only good for brain health but overall health too, which is also good for brain health. We can isolate the organ, but see it holistically as part of whole body and mind entity. And last but not least, sleep! Good quality sleep.
